Utilization is the share of the offered court time that was in use. Offered is the time inside a club's usual opening hours; in use means the court was no longer free to book then. It always describes one calendar month.
Utilization and prices come from observed booking activity, following the rules the methodology pages describe. The profitability calculator works from these figures for comparable clubs; its result is a forecast on that basis, not a promise.
